While using our Web App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.

From the personal data ("Personal Information"), we are storing your first and last names, email, avatars from a social network or Gravatar, a company name (if applicable), interests, and notification settings.

The Web App stores the things for which you want to set priorities, success criteria, and evaluations. The information is kept private unless you choose to share it with others. But the usage patterns might be later used to improve the Web App and user experience for you and other users (for example, by redesigning the user interface or applying Machine Learning to optimize workflows).

To comply with GDPR cookie law, we are also storing your device's IP address, browser's User-Agent string, and cookie consent preferences, which can be linked to your account.

If you want to get a list of all the data that is stored about you on the Web App, you can ask for it in the feedback form and we will respond within 2 working days.

Depending on your Cookie Consent preferences, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Web App ("Log Data").

This Log Data includes information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Web App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

For log data, we are using internal installation of Matomo and third-party services Microsoft Clarity and Facebook Pixel that collect, monitor, and analyze the usage statistics of the Web App and measure the effectiveness of advertising.
